Loca is worth between 2 and 3 stars. Unfortunately quite expensive; the kiosk lives from its good location. You get everything that is available elsewhere, so there is no outlier.
Nice service and delicious drinks!
Nice, but very expensive. To charge just under € 4 for a little hot water with mint is extreme.
You can tell that everything is done with a heart. A wide range of hot drinks also in lockdown, e.g. hot apple juice with cinnamon or orange-ginger. The music and the nice standing room in the green actually invite you to linger - hopefully again soon!
Very delicious
Nice little kiosk in the entrance to the English Garden. In the outside area, unfortunately, a bit neglected, which is particularly noticeable in the winter months when the surrounding trees have no leaves. Counters that are no longer in use are in the forest, as are bent bike racks or Euro pallets. The foundations of the high tables attached to the floor are partly exposed. Too bad. The kiosk, which was initially so well-kept, begins to look unkempt, at least from the outside.
Today we had a BruchBox (Nikolausbox1 with delivery). And it was an absolute blast. We are absolutely thrilled! Everything looked so nice and was delicious! Thank you for your effort and your commitment in this difficult time. Price performance is really really good. We had such a lovely morning. Thanks! I can recommend the box to everyone !!
What does the name mean? Cappuccino at least € 3.20, coffee € 2.80, currently only “Togo” of course.
really good mulled wine, it's worth the wait
Rice with lentils for 7.90. . . Disproportionate to each other, I'll never stop there, sorry
Cute spot, beautiful surroundings right in the English Garten, and my go to spot when I’m craving glühwein outside of Adventzeit! I’ve found it from early November to February, and it is one of the best ❤️
It's so green !!!! Always worth a visit! Creative, very tasty BIO “green” dishes and cocktails. A green place to relax and unwind in the middle of the city, right next to the Eisbach surfers! What more do you want! Self service.
Whether you are watching the surfers on the Eisbach wave or on your way to the English garden - a visit to Fräulein Grüneis is a must! You feel like you are in an oasis when you can simply enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and ideally the sun with a basil spritz or an organic beer from Neumarkter Lammsbräu, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You guys rock!
Nice ambience and good service, the food can only be said to be delicious. Keep it up
Love this place coming here since years when I am in Munich
Food available... Any time from 11:00 - 19:00
Nice for a little break in the sun with a drink
Nice alternative café on the edge of the English garden, reasonable prices for drinks and salads, for example, some seating and standing options. Friendly and quick staff. The tables and seating could be a little cleaner.
Love this place... trees and grass around, surf feeling and yummy food and great coffee
The food was very good and nice to sit there.
Best kiosk in the English garden. Machid makes the best cappuccino ?
It's a kiosk (Little shop) for drinks and snacks in the English garden Munich
Interesting people and super friendly staff. A place where Schwabing meets. Nice! I'll be back...
Is an "insider tip". Idyllically located on the Eisbach, easy to reach and with nice staff. Selected dishes, coffee and cake - everything ok. Just drop by :-)
Very good
Excellent coffee.
Lovely place. Seems like a former public economy building. To lively guys serving tasty home-made food. Pasta with broccoli was a blast! Totally recommend! Good luck with a cafe!
Nice place near the Eisbach...forget the overcrowded Chinese tower.. for a coffee..beer or a Brezel ..it's a kiosk.. Go there and afterwards ..go watch the Eisbach Surfers. Nice people there. Pete
Lovely place. My very first Brezel in Germany, great! The shop is very cute with a note on the door - go check out!
I like the fact that in Winter they have an outdoor fire that you can sit around.
Great tea and coffee
A little "kioskafe" in the park, perfect for grabbing a drink or small bite to eat before/during/after walking around. As it was a cool and damp day, we were happy to sit down inside and enjoy our warm drinks. The prices were decent, they had more to offer on the menu than we anticipated (ie alcohol), the service was friendly, and we liked the overall feeling of this tiny place. Im sure in the summer or nicer weather it is very pleasant to stand outside and enjoy your drink. They have a unisex bathroom with three stalls for a small fee (totally typical).
Very good potato salad
İt is not exactly a cafe, it is more a kiosk - if you don’t mind standing outside or sitting on benches. İndoor seating is only for 2-3 people in total, and you wouldn’t sit inside because fried food fills the place with a bad smell. For a kiosk and for the mediocre quality of food, prices should have been lower.
Nice service
Food is a bit exspensive but nice place to chill out with a drink after enjoying in surfers performance ?
Good beer!
Really a nice cafe in the middle of the city. If you are in Munich and looking for peace in the park should look over here. We are greeted nicely and gets really delicious food. Nevertheless self-service is mega and the quality is also correct.
Place to buy emergency beer. Beware of the bio brand.
Like Ice in the Sunshine, one of the best KIOSK in the English Garden
Simple, cool and good for a nice snack
Good price value! Next to the English Garden, kids playground and surfers. Only need to wait in long line. Toilets need improvement.
Good coffee, awesome location. Just next to the surfer
Bought 2 waters and 1 cola (total of 9,20 euros) and gave 50 euros.. got 20 euros back... I realized a few minutes after leaving the place (+-5min) and when I came back to complain, the same woman who attended me said she couldn't remember me... The most expensive water I bought in my life.
Such a cute place! Soup was delicious!!
A nice place to grab something to eat. They have no English menu, so it was very complicated to order something. One of the only places in this area that was open on Sunday.
Love the setting of this spot on a nice day ( no indoor seating). The food all tastes homemade and prices are reasonable.
Excellent bio beer. Good prices. Too many bees or wasps.
Delicious at a fair price!
Amazingly delicious curry soup and a proper weissbier! ?
